  • All actions and changes to the customer’s computer will be made with the full agreement of the customer.
  • The customer should ensure that they understand the actions to be taken before agreeing to these actions.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up all data before work commences.
  • Robin Little does not take responsibility for loss of data at any time.
  • Any software packages installed by Robin Little are on request of and by agreement with the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have valid licences for the software packages.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to protect their PCs as best as possible, using both a recognised anti-virus & firewall program to enable adequate protection.
  • Customers need to be aware that new viruses are continually being generated and they need to keep their software and virus definitions updated at all times.
  • Robin Little takes no responsibility for Internet acquired viruses obtained on computers after a home visit.
  • Customer information is protected under the terms of the data protection act and is confidential.
  • Home visiting times are only approximate so please be patient.
  • Business invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue.
  • Robin Little reserves the right to withdraw service from unreasonable customers.
